This ridged plastic motel keychain features a Cantonese Goose chef. Growing up in Hong Kong one of my fav dishes was cantonese roast goose. It has a sweet crispy outer skin and a super tender fatty meat underneath. Some restaurants painstakingly cook this dish over many hours or even a day to get the fat to render and the right crispness for the skin. I wanted to make this keychain to commemorate my childhood life in HK with this cute goose chef character and his restaurant on the other side.
